Custom Belt Sizing Disclaimer: Given the handmade nature of needlepoint, we do not accept returns if a customer orders a custom needlepoint belt in the incorrect size. Please ensure you read our Belt Sizing Guide prior to your purchase. With that said, we understand mistakes are made and we are able to replace belts in the proper size for $75.

Warranty/Defective Products: We guarantee all of our needlepoint products are free from defects for a full year from the delivery date. If you believe you received a defective product that falls within our warranty period please email us an image of the defect in question to info@fishcreekbrands.com. 

In-Stock Inventory Product: In-Stock products can be returned within 30 days of their delivery date. 

Custom Items: Custom items cannot be canceled once a design is confirmed/the item is in production. Further, belt sizes cannot be changed once an order is in productions.
